A rough sketch with the wall lengths is genuinely enough to start. Add a photo of the room if you have one, and tell us roughly what you want it to look like: we will come back with a running-foot price and a layout suggestion before anyone visits.
Useful things to include
- Wall lengths, and the position of doors and windows
- Where the sink and hob currently are, if the room exists
- Appliances you already own, by model if possible
- Whether the house is finished, being built, or being renovated around you
